5. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Post illegal or offensive content
Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
Manipulate predictions or exploit systems
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of your content.
However, you grant Pulso a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
Use, display, and distribute your content within the platform
Improve services
You are responsible for what you post.
7. Predictions & Platform Nature
Pulso includes prediction-based features:

They do not constitute financial, betting, or gambling services unless explicitly stated
Users participate at their own discretion.
8. AI Features
Pulso may include AI-powered features.
You acknowledge:
AI outputs may not always be accurate
AI-generated content is provided "as is"
We do not guarantee correctness of AI insights.
9. Fees & Monetization (Future-Proof)
Pulso may introduce:
Premium features
Token systems
Paid experiences
If applicable:
Prices will be clearly displayed
Changes will be communicated in advance
10. Court Reservations & Automatic Payments
When you join a court reservation at a verified club through Pulso, you agree to the following:
Payment Obligation: By joining a court reservation, you accept responsibility for your share of the court fee as displayed at the time of booking. Each player slot carries an equal portion of the total court cost.
Automatic Charges: If your share of the court fee remains unpaid after the reservation time ends (plus a grace period set by the club, typically 2 hours), Pulso will automatically attempt to charge the payment method saved to your account. By saving a payment method on the platform, you authorize Pulso to initiate such charges on your behalf.
Failed Charges: If the automatic charge fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds, or card removed), the club may contact you directly to arrange alternative payment. Your account may be restricted from making future reservations until any outstanding balance is resolved.
Additional Authentication (3D Secure): Some charges may require additional authentication under your bank’s security policies. In such cases, you will receive a notification with a secure link to complete the payment.
Disputes: To dispute an automatic charge, contact the club directly within 48 hours of the charge. If the matter remains unresolved, you may contact Pulso support for assistance.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the club’s cancellation policy, which is displayed at the time of booking. Please review the policy before confirming your reservation.
No-Show Policy: If you do not attend a reservation and do not cancel within the club’s cancellation window, the full amount of your share may be charged automatically. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.
11. Privacy
Your use of Pulso is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts:
For violations
For legal reasons
To protect platform integrity
You may delete your account at any time.
13. Limitation of Liability
Pulso is provided "as is".
We are not liable for:
Loss of data
Platform downtime
User-generated content
Decisions made based on predictions
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Pulso against claims arising from:
Your use of the platform
Your content
Violations of these Terms
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms.
Significant changes will be communicated.
